Sprachkontakte in der Romania: Zum 75. Geburtstag von Gustav Ineichen

This volume of collected articles issued to mark the 75th birthday of Gustav Ineichen assembles contributions from pupils, colleagues, and friends from a variety of disciplines on the subject of language contacts in Romance cultures. The studies range from the Middle Ages to developments taking place at present. Geographically, they extend from Italy and France to the Iberian peninsula. Some attention is also given to links with the Orient and language contacts in Romance cultures outside Europe.
